Launching Summer

Over the weekend the husband and I went to Hillarys Boat Harbour for the annual Launch of Summer Fireworks Show. It's a free event not to be missed and caters for young and old, friends and families.


It was a perfect evening lying on the sand relaxing and watching the sun set and the last few glimmers of light escape as children ran around playing and splashing in the shallow water.



The skies were lit up with amazing displays of colour and patterns.

If life was a cartoon, this will be electricity coming to zap us.

And we finished the night off with some fish and chips.
Life just doesn't get any better then this.
